The MBCA Upper School operates on a two semester (fall/spring) A/B block schedule. Credit is established in units; each course meets every other day for approximately 85 minutes and carries credit upon successful completion. It is possible to earn eight units of credit per year if all classes are successfully completed. During the four years of Upper School, students may earn a total of 32 credits. Students may be eligible to earn up to three additional credits in Middle School (Algebra I, Spanish or Latin I, and Physical Science). Classes are offered based on a minimum enrollment to support the course.
