What do you love about MBCA?
A: I love the welcoming atmosphere and faith-filled colleagues with whom I get to share my beliefs. The Christ-centered environment allows our students, families, faculty, and staff to experience God's love through all of their senses, from the smell and the taste of the yummy lunches, the sight of amazing art projects, the sounds of melodic music from the children, to the feeling of warm hugs and loving smiles.
What is your all-time favorite sports team?
A: I am not a sports fan, but rather a fan of the performing arts. I love going to concerts, plays, and dance performances.
What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?
A: Romans 12:12 "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." This reminds me that God is in charge and Jesus wants us to ask and believe that the Holy Spirit in our hearts will help us overcome all our worries in life.

A: Singing karaoke and Latin dancing are my favorite hobbies.
I sang The Star-Spangled Banner acapella at a large event for a Cinco de mayo celebration years ago.

What is your favorite book?
A: Children's Literature: Martina the Beautiful Cockroach, by Carmen Agra Deedy- This is a funny Cuban folktale picture book that adults & kids equally enjoy.
Adult Literature: The Five Love Languages: The Secret to Love That Lasts, by Gary Chapman- I recommend this #1 New York Times international bestseller.
