  We have many uniform options to accommodate different styles. MBCA works with Flynn O'Hara and Lands End to ensure the correct colors are used in our logo and appropriate styles are worn at school.

  *When ordering uniforms, please be sure you are only ordering the approved items for MBCA on the vendor website. It is important to be specific of your child’s gender and grade when ordering, as requirements can change between years at MBCA.

• Important Forms

  Your child’s SchoolDoc Health Profile must be completed by August 1. This information and an up-to-date immunization record are required for your child to begin the 2023-2024 school year. If you have multiple children attending MBCA in the fall, please make sure that all of your children are listed as students on your SchoolDoc page so that you can complete their health profiles. If any of your children's profiles are not visible, please contact the Clinic for further instructions.
  
  

  Upper School parents, please note the GaDPH has a new, mandated meningitis vaccine (MCV4) for students aged 16 years or older. Please contact your pediatrician to schedule a check-up this summer to make sure that your child's immunization records are complete prior to the start of the new school year.
