Favorite Bible verse, and why:
A: Proverbs 4:23 - "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." After studying and meditating on this theme verse for a year, it became my new favorite. It is a constant reminder that God looks on the heart, and that to be genuine before God is our first priority. From that everything else will come. Who we truly are on the inside will determine what we become through our actions.
Three fun facts:
A: I worked on a dairy farm as a teenager. I was an expat in South America. I'm enamored of the superlative qualities of pumpkins.
All-time favorite sports team:
A: Buffalo Bills
Favorite book:
A: A Bell for Adano, by John Hersey. It's funny, poignant, deep, and an incredible study in leadership.
What do you love about MBCA?
A: I love the common purpose we all have, fulfilling our mission together as a team.
